The Choice to Change How You Feel

Have you ever had one of those down-and-out days when you were feeling a bit sad, even a little depressed, about your life and your circumstances? Well, don't feel that you are alone, we have all experienced times like these. The important question is...what can you do to fix it?

Long-term, you have to work your way out by making choices that re-focus your life on others. You can start that process this very day by making the choice to "reach out and touch someone" near you - or that you know - and make them feel better.

Lots of things you could choose to do...send them a caring email, call them to let them know you are thinking about them, write a check to help them get some relief, deliver some food or flowers...the list goes on. Not only will they feel better, but you will too. It's interesting how life works...when we give something good away, we always get something good in return.
